Brief:
Refresh the design of the current .NYC website to create a more user friendly experience for customers.

Process & Results:
Amy developed a UX/UI plan to improve usability and functionality of the current site. Once research and a strategy was put in place Amy developed a clean modern design that followed an clear UX/UI strategy. Working with the global team to create an outcome the New Your City team stakeholder were happy with.
